Ever since Polaris did my recall I keep getting a check engine light. First code was 65590. Took it back in and they re flashed it. Rode for an hour and its doing it again. Anyone having the same issues??

Help please! Engine trouble no one can figure out.
About a yr ago I notice that my xp 1000 started losing power slowly. It's been to the dealer many times and the last time it was there they put a fresh top end on it because they said the compression was low in one cylinder.
It sounds great no misfires or nothing and no extra reving do to a belt. It just feels like 3/4 throttle and very lazy. For an example I got out run by my buddy's artic cat trail.
The dealer is pretty much done w it and lies and tells me it fine.PLEASE if u can help please do I'm despite st this point.

Timing Chain Help
Started Hearing A Knocking Noise At Idle The Same Noise When You Start The Bike So I Decided To Purchase An Automatic Tensioner And When I Pulled Valve Cover I Noticed The Bike Was Out Of Time. I Was Able To Turn The Motor A Few Time Counter Clockwise And It Would Jump Time Every Rotation So I Did That 3 Time And I Think It Is Back In Time. Attached Are The Before And After Pictures. Is That All That Need To Be Done Except Install The New Automatic Tensioner? Has Anyone Ever Messed Up A Motor When Driving It A Few Teeth Out Of Time. Bike Still Started And Drove Fine It Just Was Noisy At Idle But Went Away When You Gave It Some Throttle?

2014 rzr xp1k4 threw these codes HELP
I was at glamis for Presidents' Day. Rode the whole trip with no issues at all. I woke up Monday morning to load the rzr and when I turned it on the power steering light was on and check engine light. I found these two codes:
0 84 2
1 84 19
I read and found I believe it's a speed sensor code.
I tried taking the battery neg off for about 5min. When I put back on it now reads the first two codes and now this one:
2 190 2
Someone please help. The machine is in storage with my toyhauler so I am in need of things I can try when I get back to it. has anyone ran into this before?
I read where I could try putting in low and riding for 30-45sec above 4K rpm to reset it then turn off key and I will have power steering back.
any other help is beyond appreciated. thanks for any help.

How do you get the starter off, mine's fried.
Rode my 14 xp 1000 all day last Saturday and it ran perfect and started perfectly. Get home and move off the trailer and kill ignition but the starter hung and before I could get a wrench and loosen the battery connection it fried I'm guessing because it smoke was pouring off it and melted the rubber insulating the terminals on it. Now I've got a new one coming and a oem solenoid as I had a bad one a few months ago and replaced it with some junk eBay brand. Looking at the starter I'm trying to figure out what needs to come off to get to it? Any suggestions would be appreciated fellas.

Low boost reliability
I have a 2015 xp4 1000 with stock motor. I'm looking to do a low boost turbo kit. I live right between K&T and Packard so am wanting either of these kits. Leaning towards the packard for price. I have 2200 miles on my engine now. Are the low boost kit reliable. I mostly ride the dunes but sometime in the mountain trails. Not really a rock crawler. Are they pretty hands off or require a lot of tinkering? My wife drives my rzr at times so tinkering would not be good. Also I have a warranty until 2020 so are they easy to put back to stock if something happens? TIA

Most vendors emphasized the importance of replacing OEM with billet intake manifold especially rzr with turbo. For non-turbo rzr, do we actually need it or benefit from it?

2014 XP1K Engine Bogging Down
Had the RZR out to Glamis last weekend. Ran great the 1st day except while heading back to camp the engine would bog down / lose power. Never stalled or threw any codes. It would randomly bog and then pick back up again. Go it back to camp OK. Didn't have anymore problems all weekend. Any ideas what the cause could be?

Timing chain tension
I installed the Sparks big bore kit and Sparks did the porting, cams and valves. My question is on the Sparks manual timing chain tensioner. How tight should it be set? If I turn it in just til it touches it seams to loose.

DoBeck AFR+ injector wires
Spoke with them today and they say match up the colors, but they are not the same on the wire harness in the car.

Motor blown?
Did about 100 miles Saturday and we were headed back to the truck and I was going down the road lost power heard a rattle (sounded like timing chain rattle) motor shut off and would t even turn over now, I tried turning the primary by hand and it wouldn't budge, pulled plugs and no oil or anything on them they looked normal, is it possible the chain broke and is bound up around the crank gears? Only 400 miles on the machine and unfortunately no warranty either. Any thoughts would help I'm taking it to the shop this week to diagnose the issue

Electronic throttle troubleshooting
Does anyone have any better info on if you can troubleshoot the electronic throttle control on the throttle bodies? The manual just states to use the digital wrench tool. Well that's fine and dandy but now that I have the AEM infinity ECU on it, I'm pretty sure that wouldn't be possible. Maybe I am wrong.
Used to, when turning the key on I could hear the throttle bodies doing a self check/diagnostic. And while modulating the throttle, could hear the throttle body doing things.
I have had a couple issues at random times lately where the throttle would "stick" above ~10% or so. The ECU would throw a DBW error and basically shut the car down. Then two other times, it wouldn't hardly start and would idle terrible and then just die.
That is what it is doing now and is undeliverable. The throttle does not respond to any input either.
The manual does not state any troubleshooting or anything. At the ETC connector at the throttle body... does anyone know if I should have 12V at any certain pin or any helpful info?
I plan on contacting AEM on Monday to see if they can be any help as well.

Code issues
Of coarse 2 days before the weekend and can't keep the engine to idle and codes 520279 and 520284 are on any ideas. Unhooked the battery for 10 minutes still the same.

2014 xp1000 Fuel Pressure ??
Starting to put miles on our 2014 Xp1000 - now with 1500 miles, On long rides over 3 hours we see a condition that acts like low fuel pressure. Example - We were out marking course for a Desert Race and 2-3 hours in the motor starts to run then free wheel (like no fuel or spark), the intervals are consistent for run and freewheel. It's almost like a really coarse "limp mode". It was all downhill on the highway to get the UTV back to camp where I looked at the air cleaner and a few other things for about 15 minutes which all looked fine and then a quick test where it was back to running perfectly. The UTV is box stock.
I sure wish I could buy a code reader for this rig.

Packard Billet Intake
Has anybody installed a Packard Billet Intake Manifold and had problems with installing the factory air intake system on it? I installed it and the factory intake box will not fit on the throttle bodies. I unbolted the box from the bracket and I am still a long way from getting it to fit? It hits the bottom of the bed of the RZR. Any suggestions?
